Baked Apple Puff Pancake

Ingredients:
2 Medium Apples-Fuji, Gala, Granny Smith or any other type
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
4 Tablespoons sugar
4 Tablespoons melted butter
4 Eggs
2/3 Cup milk
1/2 Cup flour
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
1) Set oven to 425
2) Using a wisk, combine eggs, milk, flour, and vanilla in a large bowl - Set aside for later.
3) Poar melted butter into a pie dish and coat the sides of the pie dish - Set aside for later
4) Combine sugar and cinnamon in a Separate large bowl
5) Peel, core and slice apples into chopped pieces that are about into 3/4 in size. This should yield about 2 and 1/2 cups
6) Add apples to the cinnimon sugar mixture and mix
7) Add apples-sugar-cinnamon mixture to the pie dish and spread evenly to form a layer of apples
8) Add eggs-milk-vanilla-flour mixture to pie dish
9) Place pie dish in oven on top of a cookie sheet
10) Bake in a 425 degree oven for 40-45 minutes-It will puff up
11) Allow the Baked Apple Puffed Pancake to cool on rack for 5-10 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges and serve with Maple Syrup or Grape Jam.
