Directions: In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt, and set aside. Place butter, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl of an electric mixer
and beat to combine. Gradually add flour mixture and beat until mixture pulls away from the side of the bowl.
Use cookie press to shape cookies or chill dough in Refrigerator for 1/2 hour, roll out and use cookie cutters to shape dough. Bake in a 375°F oven for 10-12 minutes, watching carefully as these cookies over-bake easily.
Remove when lightly golden brown along edges. Cool on wire racks.
