Crepes Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter or olive oil
1 egg slightly beaten
1 teaspoon syrup or cinnamon sugar or jelly per Crepe

Directions:
1) Using a wisk, combine flour, salt, sugar, milk, butter and egg in a bowl to make the batter.
2) Pour a portion (1/4 cup or less) of the batter on heated (medium heat) greased skillet, similar to making pancakes.
3) Tilt skillet to allow for a thin crepe before cooking.
4) Cook crepe for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
5) Flip crepe to cook the other side 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
6) Allow crepe to cool. Top with jelly, or cinnamon sugar, or syrup.
7) Roll crepe into a tube shape.
8) Repeat process with the rest of the batter.
