American Chop Suey Recipe

Ingredients:
8 oz (2 cups) Elbows
1/2 cup Celery diced
1/2 cup Onion diced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
7 oz Ground Beef
24 oz Pasta Sauce - any flavor

Directions:
A) Prepare Elbows as package/box directs; set aside
B) Saute Onions, Celery and Olive Oil in a fry pan; set aside
C) Seperate Ground Beef, cook in a frying pan; drain and set aside
D) In a large bowl combine Elbows Ground Beef, Onions, Celery, and Pasta Sauce
