Macaroni Salad Recipe
Origin: Elbow Macaroni box

Ingredients:
8oz (2 cups) Elbows
2 hard boiled eggs diced
1/2 cup celery diced
1/3 cup onion diced (don't overload - 1/3 cup or less)
1 cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons milk
1 Teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/4 cup chopped yellow or red peper (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In a large bowl combine eggs, celery, onion, mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and vinegar and optional pepper.
pour mixture in a smaller bowl for storage.
Boil two cups elbow macaroni (for about 8 minutes).
Strain and wash elbow macaroni in cold water.
In a large bowl combine elbow macaroni with mix
***Before serving, add 2 to 3 tablespoons milk if dry. (Don't - add more mayonnaise)
Refrigerate unused portion of salad.
