Baked Puff Pancake

Ingredients:
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup melted butter (1/2 stick)
4 Eggs lightly beaten
3/4 Cup milk
1 Cup flour

Directions:
1) Set oven to 425 degrees
2) wisk flour and salt in a bowl, beat in eggs and milk
3) Poar melted butter into a pie dish and coat the sides
4) Add flour-salt-eggs-milk mixture to the pie dish
5) Place pie dish in oven on top of a cookie sheet
6) Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. It will puff up and turn golden brown
7) Serve immediately by cutting into wedges. Serve with Maple Syrup or Grape Jam.
